Academic Background

Dr. Cao Lifeng received his doctoral degree from Shanghai Normal University. He was awarded the China Scholarship Council (CSC) Scholarship and the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students. He serves as Principal Investigator of one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientist Fund and has participated as a key member in two National Key R&D Programs of the 14th Five-Year Plan. He has published more than 10 SCI papers in environmental science journals, including Water Research, Chemosphere, iScience, Journal of Environmental Management, with 5 as the first author. He is a Guest Editor of the international journal Sustainability.
